There are currently 147 YouTube video results for "schnauzer singing," at least one of which has over 43 thousand views. Interestingly other singing dog video searches such as "chesapeake bay retriever singing" and "pembroke welsh corgi singing" have less than 50 results combined. So just what is it about the schnauzer's propensity for song? And why does every schnauzer seem to want to sing the exact same song -- the one that sounds like a mix between Joe Walsh being strangled and a fire truck? I will leave this question to the scientists. All I know is that schnauzers are not as talented at the schnauzer-owning/YouTube-posting men and women of the world seem to believe. I would go so far as to call this music terrier-ble. You can make your own judgments, if you so desire. Videos below (lyrics included):
woorrrrrhhhhhhhhhh wuuuuurrrrrrh wurhh woooooooooooooo
wweeeeeeeerrrrrrrrrahhhhhhhh weeeeeeeeeeeerrrraaaahhhh weeeeeeeeerrrrahhhhh
rooooooooo rah rah rah rooooooooo
woooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo
oooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo
oooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo
oooooooooooooooooooooooo
This is a little different because it's actually a giant schnauzer. This one just sounds like an elephant complaining.

Schnauzers love to sing, while their singing may not win any awards, it is very entertaining.
