Halloween 2009 is in the books, something for which millions of booze-soaked livers are profoundly grateful. For webheads, it was an opportunity to take some of the Internet's recurring jokes offline and really let their geek flag fly. While much weirdness radiated outward from Know Your Meme & Urlesque's HallowMeme Party, meme costumes came from across the land.
