'Broken Things' -- on display at at the House of Propellers in the UK from October 9 to November 7 -- is the first solo exhibition from contemporary Chilean artist Livia Marin. 'Broken Things' features dutifully hand-crafted objects, which were then broken and repaired in a beautifully surreal manner meant to stress the importance of continuation after loss and the intimacy that can exist between people and everyday objects.
