do love the announcer being a smartass "the mother was distraught" and how there was a childrens safety campaign around trains launched recently haha

how can a mother NOT realize she is no longer holding onto the handle of her carriage? also, why weren't the brakes on while waiting on the platform? that child had an angel with him to survive this.
