It's been a while since we posted the contents from an awesome e-mail forward from our bustling inboxes. I'm happy to report that it was worth the wait, as two (TWO!!) Urlesque staffers received the following e-mail forward in the same exact day. If that's not kisnet, I don't know what is. And perfectly timed! Just look at all the crazy dog costumes!

I love the photos but there are no copyrights or names attached. Series of unnamed photos get passed around the Internet all the time. I do not think they should be forwarded unless the photographers are identified (no matter how funny).

Robert that dog in the last picture has cataracts. I worked for a vet and when a vet checks a dog's eyes with a flashlight and their marblized like that it is cataracts.

I am just howling with laughter at these wicked good pet outfits!! OMG how funny. I don't like the

Homo sapiens that degrade the canines in their so-called care with absurd human affectations would do well to appreciate and emulate the character trait which motivates canine behavior - unconditional love.

Some of you people are getting way too upset over some silly pictures. Compared to the millions of animals who live in shelters and those that are euthanized because they can't find homes and those who are living on the streets and then of course those that are abused and or/neglected, I would say an animal is lucky to be with people who care about them and love them. Even if they don't particularly enjoy dressing up it is so minor in comparison to what they could be facing. The fact that these people include their animals in the holidays to me says they think of them as family. It could be so much worse for these adorable animals.

The last logger, (Rizza - Nov 2nd 2009) said exactly what I want to say. It is because these dogs are family, they are included in holidays. Notice how these costumes don't hurt the dogs; they are just a little silly and oh so original. It is refreshing that in these days of violence, wars, killings, etc., these pets can participate and make people laugh and forget about all the negatives. - But then, I consider my dog as my little boy. He is pampered and for the most part treated as you would an infant (he's 11 years old). I don't believe in, nor do I celebrate Halloween, however, I see nothing wrong with these pictures. I especially like the lion costume, the dr. and nurse and the alligator.

OMG!!!This is too cute for words-some very good yet somewhat twisted (like me)folks do love their babies(I mean, critters). How wonderful and inventive we have gotten with our pets. And to those who have the spirit of Grinch and will basically crab over anything-relax, lighten up and enjoy the pictures-life is too short to be mean. Love and Peace
