I've never understood what people mean when they say the world is your oyster. What, it's slimy? it smells? Some people think eating it makes you want to have sex? Personally I prefer a more musical, less fishy metaphor. One like this Volkswagen commissioned video, where the world is your symphony, the stairs are your piano, and you're the composer.
