Seán Dwyer is a self-proclaimed "fervent fan" of barbecue restaurant franchise Famous Dave's. Seán is also an especially ambitious gentleman, and has made it a personal goal to visit all (over 170!) nationwide locations of the hog pit. The dude has gone all out, too, chronicling his pilgrimage all over the webz, from a blog to Twitter to Facebook and so on.
In the mission statement for BARBEQUEST, Seán writes:
I love good food! Barbeque is the best food! Famous Dave's is the best barbeque!
I speak Spanish, French, German, and Portuguese well. Of course, barbeque is an international language of its own.
And if you've ever eaten the perfect T-bone steak, you'll know what he's talking about.
