Now this is our type of crowdsourcing. Since we naturally collect recipes from everyone we cook with (or watch on the Food Network), why not crowdsource the-best-of-the-best in culinary creation and put THAT in a cookbook?
Thanks to a heads up from Urlesque's favorite foodie chef (and our go-to for all edible trends), the Amateur Gourmet, we found Food52 -- a site that sets a theme each week for 52 weeks, collects the best user-submitted recipes, puts the best head-to-head, and has the community vote on the winner. The winner not only gets to share their concoction with the world, but will be published in the Food52 cookbook!
