We're talking about the lack of cats on the internet on one fateful day... 9/9/09: A Day Without Cats! Hopefully you recall our abundant coverage and the plethora of sites that joined in the "cause" to give cats the day off and replace them (for just one day!) with another equally lovable animal. As expected, we were met with support as well as scorn, dismissal and... hate mail.
