Remember the lovable duo from Disney's The Lion King? Well, they've been spotted and photographed IN REAL LIFE. The following photo of a meerkat and warthog has been circulating the web like wildfire.
Of course, the internet wouldn't be the internet without skeptics, and many are claiming the photo has been manipulated or photoshopped. But although Stephen claims that meerkats only hang with other meerkats, and that this pairing is probably unlikely, I still like to think that art imitated life. BELIEVE!

this is PHOTOSHOPPED! i saw same pic a few months ago when people in texas (who are ALMOST as doped up as new cajuns) thought they'd seen a "monster" that turned out to be basically a wild dog.
the original photo was shot by a county sherriffs deputy.
meercats in the US? you're on crack....oh, forgot this was texas, then i mean methamphetamine.
