Johnabo I think you should read WILD JUSTICE. It shows that animals of course have pride, love, loyalty, a moral sense - and often do a better job of morality than humans do (not hard) Since otters are ruthlessly trapped when they are young in steel jaw traps, I would say the public should wake up and change their state agencies from killing businesses funded by killing licenses to humane stewardship of our commonwealth for the majority of us. If you do not kill wildlife you have never made a decision about wildlife - which leaves them solely as killing commodity for trappers who are completely ruthless.
