When Indian physician Dr. Madan Kataria learned that the body cannot differentiate between fake and real laughter, he developed (and has since crusaded the spread of) Laughter Yoga, a "life changing experience [that] combines laughter exercises with yoga breathing which brings more oxygen to the body and brain making one feel more energetic and healthy."
Whether or not you think it's a crock is no matter. Dr. Kataria -- the most literal "Dr. Feelgood" we've ever seen -- is merely trying to spread some laughter, and has thankfully taken to our blessed YouTubes to demonstrate several "laughter techniques" exercised within the practice of Laughter Yoga.

That's amazing videos!! I do yoga daily. Yoga is the best way to reduce health problems. It creates an inner peace and keep away negative emotions like anger and anxiety. It works miraculously but I never did laughter yoga, I would love to give it a try.
