Sometimes, it's the simple things that amuse us. Uploaded in 2006, this infamous video shows a baby laughing. That's it. With over 80 (!!!) million views and counting, Little William Nilsson stole the collective heart of the Internet with his chubby cheeks and bubbling spirit. And like many of his peers on this list, Nilsson has had his moment in the sun on South Park, and heck, the he has even brightened the Queen of England's day. Who says we need CGI to be entertained?
