Howard Dean is in a "viral video" again, but this time it's not because he made a speech and yelled "Californiaaa!!!" like a crazy person. No no, this time he's making fun of that time -- with the help of the writers of The Colbert Report, who have given him a pretty good summation of how to incite the blogosphere! (What, did this idea come up in a Tosh.0 meeting?)

Well played, Governor! We're not sure if this is quite "lol-worthy," but we chuckled, we chuckled. Personally, I would've liked to see a bit more emotion. So now that you've had your fun on the "internetz" can you go help Obama get health care passed or something?
