During the British Invasion of the 1960s, America found its stars and stripes turned upside down with the madness that accompanied the introduction of pop music from across the pond onto stateside record players. At the top of the list was, of course, The Beatles -- four chaps from Liverpool whose moptops and radio-friendly tunes left young ladies fainting at every turn.
