- Musically this is probably the worst rendition of 'Twinkle Twinkle Little Star' ever recorded. From a dancing perspective though, it's on par with the best.
- I've always thought that dancing in sync was overrated.
- Despite their age, these little ballerinas display incredible balance and grace.
- Not ballet, per se, but there's a guy in this and he's terrific.
- A baby duck all alone on her birfday. One word, three letters, two of them are W's. Aww.
- This one is actually very good.

I think it's really mean to make fun of little kids who are obviously trying their best. If you can't even sit through something like that and support your kid and notice the good things they did, then you must not be a very good parent. To talk about little toddlers in such a sarcastic way is just rude.

Whoever wrote comments about these videos, needs to learn that not all dance is ballet. In the one that they comment about the young boy in it not being "ballet per se", of course it's not, it's tap dancing. Look at the shoes next time if you don't know what they are doing. If they have metal taps on them, you can bet they are tapping not plieing.

i take dance classes and my studio is an award winning studio. we are the best dance studio in our whole entire state. If the little kids at our studio were like that our director would be fuming! My studio is all about perfection, not how many pihroettes you can do or if you have a full split. all it is about is trying your best. all the parents out there that have tiny toddlers out there dancing support them. dancing is something that i love and has been a part of my life forever!

I think that it is good to go to dance even if they have no God given talent. AT LEAST THEY CAN GET USE BEING IN FROUNT OF PEOPLE AND WHO KNOWS WHERE THAT COULD LEAD . ALSO IT IS GOOD EXERCISE FOR THE CHILDREN.

Pags - I was one of those kids once, wearing the horrible outfits, not in step, but i've stuck with it and let me tell you I have much more strength from dance then I ever got from the sports I also played. (I am talking about physical strength and internal strength also) Heck my leg strength helped me in those sports. So before you start calling people names, realize the benefits that dancing gives people, even men. There have been many football teams that make their players take ballet classes to increase strength in certain areas.

ok. To that PAGS person who wrote in all caps let me tell you something. The girls and boys who are in ballet develop muscle before they leave elementary. I am a dancer and your comment just proves that no matter how smart a person is, they still are uncultured. I will admit that the younger children are put into ridiculous outfits, but they look good on stage. Parents tell them they did a good job because they did! They tried their hardest and did their best so the parents are proud of them. And this is the only way to start off. Nobody pops out of the womb a professional dancer. We use so many different muscles to stay balanced and do our combinations that you would fall over screaming and crying cuz you used to being able to do that when you were in pain in wwhatever sport you played. When we twist or break something, we smile and recover. So for all critics, ask a dancer herself before you embarrass yourself and say something stupid like Pags. And you know what? I am in middle school have a four pack, and am strong in every part of my body. While most BOYS are chubby nothings(which is sad seeing as they have more muscle cells than girls and get get muscular so much easier than girls) smiles to all, except pags and other critics who get my middle finger, a ballerina

I've been in dance all my life, and when you're a cute, clumsy little kid you just don't understand the concept of dancing in sync and not waving to the audience. That's what makes kids' recitals so much fun to watch. All the people on here with negative comments are just seeking attention.
If the person who wrote this article was actually making fun of these kids, then I wouldn't agree, but I don't believe they are. "But at the same time, the girls are adorable and it's precious to watch them give it their all." Yeah, gee, they're really ripping the kids apart with that line.
And Judi, they specified "not ballet per se" because the title of the article is "Here Are Those Cute Ballet Recital Videos". If they hadn't put that there, a bunch of idiots would probably be commenting, "dude that video is of tap dancing gosh get is right before you post it next time your such an idiot".
