Days With My Father is a beautifully designed web-journal by Phillip Toledano that is devoted to the final days spent with his 97-year-old father.

It is impossible not to smile and cry at these images and touching stories. Definitely worth the read, but be sure to have a box of tissues handy.




Now if you'll excuse me, I'm going to put down my Kleenex and call my dad.
