The vast effervescent power on cat-based web memes simply cannot be contained. Internet humor has already invaded your television, but thanks to 5TH Cell's Scribblenauts, a new game for Nintendo DS set to be released this summer, our beloved set of recurring jokes has now infiltrated video games.
In Scribblenauts, gamers control a character named Maxwell as he goes on a journey to to collect 'Starites,' and can help him along the way by writing on a touchscreen to "summon" various objects into the game. Well, the good people at Joystiq got a little crazy and started typing some internet memes into the game, and guess what they found? Two of our old friends, Longcat and Keyboard Cat! No word yet on whether players can summon Leeroy Jenkins to yell loudly and immediately foil their best-laid plans.
