The Whale and Dolphin Conservation Society wants you to save the whales. And they hope that the Internet will help inspire you, because you're probably not going to come face to face with a Blue Whale anytime soon (unless you get Internet underwater, which is kind of our dream?).
In the meantime, you should check out this page, which literally lets you get up close and personal with one of the sea giants. Scroll over any part of the 100+ foot-long mammoth, and you'll go face-to-face with Big Blue (we're on a first-name basis already), including a look into its giant eye.

If the WDCS gets their way, hopefully that big, sad eye will convince you to help put an end to whaling. And, in the meantime, you can cross "went swimming on the Internet" off your bucket list.
