bahama friday bahamas new jerseyAs branch manager Steve Rotondo at ELG Insurance puts it, why not "bring the Bahamas to New Jersey?" After a recent trip to the tropical paradise, the guy brilliantly enforced upon his employees a weekly introduction to the weekend, replete with parrots, bikinis, and tiki torches.

Incidentally, if it were up to us, we'd most definitely make every Friday at the Urlesque offices Bahama Fridays, if for no other reason that to get our hands on a couple of cocktail umbrellas. Of course, most of your beloved Urlesque bloggers work from home, so we're already used to throwing back a couple of island cocktails every week. But it's usually alone, in bed, with our laptops and imaginary friends.

So who's up for a vacation? What about a day-trip to Jersey? Any takers?
