Urlesque counts down the top 100 viral videos in the history of the web.
On January 11, 2000, Noah Kalina embarked on an ambitious photo project entitled Noah K. Everyday that spanned a total of 6 years.

From age 19 to 25, Kalina took one photo of himself a day, everyday. He then put the images together, soundtracked by a haunting piano piece from friend Carly Comando, creating a kind of artistic time-lapse video that became a viral sensation on the web. It was arguably the first instance of web video being used for art rather than voyeuristic purposes or America's Funniest Home Videos fodder.

The video was even parodied on The Simpsons as well as by web comedy sites like Super Deluxe. The unique video grabbed the attention of The New York Times and VH1 and significantly boosted Kalina's photography career. See all of the individual photos on Noah's website.
