First of all, there were no rockets at that rocket site you posted a link to, so why should I believe anything they have to say? They're obviously liars. Second of all, overflow pipes or not, they're still holes, and they're still in lakes, as per Meriam Webster (a trusted and reliable source:

Third, thank you for pointing that out. I'm just jking with you. I know what they are too, but mysterious holes in lakes sounds more interesting than reservoir overflow pipes, even though our water system is actually a lot more interesting than a hole. Anyway, thanks 4 the comment. Keep em' comin.
