You know why the Internet is number one in our book? Because legendary actress/princess and sharp-tongued author Carrie Fisher has a blog. And despite her having just posted about YouTube superstar David (of "David After Dentist"), Carrie had, only two days earlier, posted about a 16-year-old hoax:




Really, the joke's on us, considering that Carrie's short post has already received 40 comments. Maybe Carrie Fisher is the Perez Hilton to throngs of literate baby boomers.

And, to be fair, all we knew of the Internet in 1994 was Nickelodeon chat rooms. So who's the Internet Genius now?
