In Japan and parts of the U.S., sushi is sometimes served on a conveyor belt. When you see something you like come your way, you just pull it off the belt and go to town. Each plate has a color on it that indicates the price of the item, so at the end, the waiter or waitress looks at your stack of empty plates and tallies up the damage.
Anyway, if you've ever wondered what it feels like to be the sushi, check this video out. The people who made it put their camera on the conveyor belt at a sushi joint in Tokyo on a Saturday night.
