Evan Reynolds had his hand removed when the car door he was resting it on scraped up against a post as the car pulled out of a parking lot. It was a totally gross, totally freak accident, which left Evan's dreams of joining the British Army permanently dashed. The silver lining for this young amputee and sports biology student is that he recently became just the second person in Britain to be fitted with the £30,000, state-of-the art i-Limb Bionic Hand. Now that's an expensive hand job! ;)
