This category came about by pure necessity because how else would we pay tribute to all the tiny things that happened this year on the web? Some, like the handheld monkeys and hidden broccoli faces, were merely small, while others were small in a HUGE way. That's why this year's winner is Aditya 'Romeo' Dev -- a pint-sized weightlifter from India who not only has a huge following over there, but also on the Internet. He's a mere 2' 9" and weighs only 20 pounds, but can lift 3 pound weights! It doesn't sound like a ton, but that's about 30% of his body weight. He's strong, yes, but also quite the dapper dresser and knows some slick dance moves. We think we prefer this Lil' Romeo.
