Take a good look at this lady. She doesn't look like she'd hurt a fly, right?
Although she may appear much like any other nice old lady, Ruth Regina has a dark side. And that dark side comes in many shades because Ruth Regina designs wigs for dogs. Well, let me rephrase that: she designs wigs for dogs when not designing "problem hairpieces for alopecia, thinning hair, chemotherapy, post-plastic surgery."
Needless to say, Ruth Regina juggles a lot when it comes to helping people feel better about themselves and making dogs feel uncomfortable.
Essentially, Ruth Regina is an elderly child with access to money and hairpieces. And although we should probably cut her some slack for being cuckoobananas, we still feel worse for the dogs.
A lot worse.
