One of the best viral videos of yore was the GI Joe (fake) PSA. Mocking the GI Joe cartoon PSAs of the early '90s, these viral vids recontextualized the footage for hilarious results.

But looking back through the YouTube archives, we're reminded that our childhood TV show characters warning us off crack or inappropriate touching is bizarrely entertaining on its own.
