For a lot of brides and brides-to-be, all they ever wanted for their wedding day was to feel like a princess. Not the incumbent type of princess who has to deal with issues like, so what am I going to do exactly when I become the ruler of this land, or what's the best way to deal with an uprising? They have more of a Cinderella thing in mind. I want my wedding to be like a story book, a fairytale. It's a little ridiculous. It's not like their husbands are getting dressed up like G.I. Joe, but then again, that's not the point.

For the brides in these videos, all they wanted for their weddings was for everything to be just right. Instead, their wedding cakes collapsed, or fell over, or caught fire, or fell over, caught fire and collapsed. But truth be told, most of the women take it in stride. They find ways to roll with the punches, deal with the hardships. Maybe they're more like princesses than they thought.
