Let's be honest. Nothing ever happens on The Hills. Trust me, I'm not a total hater (Team LC!) and for some reason I continue to watch the show despite my weekly cries of wasted time. But show biases completely aside, I think we can agree that the Heidi Montag/Spencer Pratt marketing machine is out of control with completely staged impromptu photos out the wazoo, song "leaks" and outrageous appearances (and fees!). Wait, why are they famous again?

Our newly nipped and tucked sister, PopEater, stood up against the hype and conducted a poll where users could vote whether or not the site should continue to cover the latest Speidi happenings. After a resounding 96% of voters called for a ban, PopEater are making right on their promise and are discontinuing all coverage on the duo. Remember how mom used to say that if you want a nag to disappear then you should ignore it? Let's hope (for the sake of our ears) it works this time. Join the ban on your blogs, Internet! We'll try our hardest, but can't make any promises since the content is often so ripe for the picking...
