Ladies and gentlemen ... in previous Today's Cries we may have been, well, exaggerating the crying part. Except the kid singing one which still makes me blubber. But today's entry really did make Kelly cry. Like heaving sobs of continuous "ooooomg-you-guys" for twenty minutes which resulted in a hunt for more tissues.
Well, here we go. You've probably seen the "lion meets previous caretakers from years ago and hugs them" video -- but have you seen it with Whitney Houston belting "And I-eeee-yiiiii Will Always Love You ..." at the very moment the three embrace? Buy stock in Kleenex, people. This makes Sofie's Choice seem like an episode of Super Nanny. (Ed note: Okay, I even cried again when editing this post. -Kelly )

The head of a pride of lions is a female. The males are never around except at mating. We need some explanation of how Christian was re-introduced to wild living. Unually very hard to accomplish.
But, certainly liked the video and the thought. I hope it is a true story.

It was touching and it was also a reminder of what wildness means, as in, the trainer of the bear who was mauled to death. What really bothered me was the sight of this forlorn cub in Harrod's. Maybe Mr. Fayed had no knowledge of the inappropriate show being offered at his store. I would think he has more sense than that. I think "kudos"? is the word meannt for the men who took Christian in and gave him more care and love which was obviously needed for this king of a pride to remeber and welcome. As for the other lions watching and judging their king's penchant for man; I don't know. PJ
