He is quite adorable.!!! Yet I noticed he's well taken care of also. I raise pugs and if anyone needs attention. Get a pug tie it to a pole in a nice swaeter. Title it "Depressed".

Pugs do not need or like clothes!!! They are the best dogs in the world and always happy. If this fella needs a home, I'd give him one. We have had 4 and wouldn't have any other.

I am not surprised he looks depressed, poor little thing is on such a short leash. I love pugs and have had 2 of them...one was stolen and the other stayed with my ex-wife.

It's true that Pugs OFTEN show that "sad" expression. I wonder if they use it to their advantage. They love nothing more than attention from their humans. That gorgeous Pug may have been in deep thought! If he (obviously a male) were depressed, most likely, he would be very verbal about it and howling. As for clothes, my Pug likes them, although he doesn't like hats. He is very proud of his red harness (collars slip over his head because his neck is larger than his face). I notice a lot of Doggy Couture is modeled by Pugs. I have had Pugs mostly all my life. They are all different, but definitely share one thing in common: they were bred to be companions for humans. This is what they excel at. If you want affection from your Dog, get a Pug!

How can you look at that precious little sad face and leave him alone. He looks like he thinks he's been deserted. I am sure all the sounds and sights scare him. People should think before they take their pups out. If he can't go EVERYWHERE with you, leave him at home so he isn't tramatized. He is just adorable.

I hope his owner understands that you shouldn't leave ANY dog tied to a pole, and in such a busy place, they are lucky the dog didn't get ran over or stolen! Poor little guy, I have 5 pugs and this just breaks my heart. I hate people who only think of themselves. I hope the owner of this pug sees all of these comments and thinks twice about leaving him again, but then again he is probably using him for the fame now.
