Poor thing. Did his owner ever come back and get him? He's sooo cute, it's a wonder no body tried to take him. If he were in Washington, D.C., he wouldn't have lasted 10 minutes tied to that pole - someone would have come along and untied him and taken him home. What can I say, lots of thieves in D.C.

How cute! We have a pug. His name is Freddy and he is 2 yrs. old . He drives us crazy, but we wouldn't have it any other way! Superb breed for a family with small children. Very smart!

Hopefully the human of this little guy (pug) will see this photo and realize that he/she belongs in the doghouse for a change. I think the pug deserves some gourmet dog biscuits. It's cheaper than couple's therapy. I'm the proud owner of three pugs and they've brought nothing but unconditional love. A house is not a home unless a pug resides there. :)

Pugs are like humans, very emotional. I have had 5 pugs, 1 I bought before I knew about puppy mills, then 4 rescues, 2 of which I still have. Spread the word people- there are hundreds of Pugs who need rescue, as well as 1000s of other dogs. Even the newest breed of puggles are already being dumped & having to be rescued!

Poor little thing, But then again his owner probably is taking the picture. He's so adorable. If I could I would rescue all unwanted animals. I love them and they make better friends than humans. My 23 lb cat Moshi is my best friend in the world.
