Bodybuilding is about more than just lifting weights. It's also about flexing and artistic expression. It's about taking your body and sculpting it into a bigger, harder, oilier, tanner, more defined version of the body you used to have. These guys know all about that and more, and I think we need to take a closer look at what these men have to teach us, especially in these uncertain times.
- Forget bloggers! If I'm going to have a hetero-mancrush on anyone, it's this guy. Don't get impatient and just assume he's going do the robot for his entire routine. He wouldn't do that to us.

That was some B.S....it looked more like a fitness routine for a woman....I've been to bodybuilding shows and he would have gotten laughed out! Doesn't give real bodybuilding a good name... YUK!

I liked it alot it's equality . Men now also are doing fitness instead of bodybuilding. They stopped the woman @a10 yrs ago. it became Ms. Fitness. I really do miss the good ole days when you could watch bodybuilding on ESPN. and the huger the better-Mr and MS. Olympia CONTESTS WERE AWESOME. What happened where did they go?!
