The Muppets are teaming up with the likes of Ashley Tisdale, Miley Cyrus and the Jonas Brothers to launch a variety show this Sunday, and as if that's not enough to melt the Internet, there's been a huge viral campaign going on for the past month to promote it (much to the excitement of internutters everywhere). Our favorite part by far is the heckleu247 YouTube presence of Statler and Waldorf, Henson's legendary balcony hecklers and unintentional forefathers of modern web snark.

That was so hilarious!! I couldn't stop laughing threw the whole video. I loved the part where they say,"Right when the shows bad it gets good." "What was the good part?" "The end!".
I laughed really hard when he said that!! That was a good idea to make a this type of video! I would love it if you made more.
Thank you for the video it was great!

it was cool to see all the staler/waldorf comments from the original muppet show...but i don't really like their newer stuff. I don't believe that "the more things change, the more they stay the same." Statler and waldorf - indeed, all the muppets - will never be as clever and hilarious as they were when henson was still alive.
