Next time you're walking through London's Canary Wharf, be sure to stop, go, use caution and turn your way towards Pierre Vivant's Traffic Light Tree. Installed in 1998, the changing pattern of lights is meant to imitate the constant change and growth of the area, while the sculpture itself is a memorial of sorts for the actual tree it replaced which was sadly choking to death as a result of pollution.

Yeah I am hopelessly confused.
I think I would just park the car and walk. ;)
