Yesterday, a Rhode Island gentleman was arrested for drunk driving and blew an astounding 0.49 on the breathalyzer. We're not scientists, but we think that means his bloodstream was a flowing river of vodka. It got us thinking, "Let's find some funny videos of drunks failing sobriety tests."
