Well, if there's anybody that's going to inform Middle America about what we Coastal Nerds do all the live long day, it's Oprah Winfrey. A repeat episode of the media mammoth's talk show aired yesterday in which Ms. O showcased some of the biggest web celebs that have parlayed their videos on YouTube into viral smashes (and, in some cases, careers). The skateboarding bulldog! Evolution of Dance dude! P. Diddy!

Best of all, however, is that Oprah toted around a Flip video camera to capture the behind-the-scenes, post-show action exclusively for the millions of viewers who would later bump their kids off MySpace to actually "surf" over to the safe haven that is Oprah's YouTube channel. Sadly, Gayle wasn't on hand to explain "rickrolling," but Oprah managed to get some mighty fine footage that revealed crazy minutae about the overnight YouTube sensations:

Paul Potts used to sell cell phones before winning "Britain's Got Talent," from which clips of him singing opera blew up online. After performing for Oprah's audience, there wasn't a dry eye in the house, to which The Oprah simply stated that "that's when you know." In other words, thank you, Internet.

Continuing to awkwardly hold the Flip camera a tad too close to her subject's face, Oprah wistfully compliments Esmee Denters (who was signed to Justin Timberlake's record label not long after posting a video of herself singing), proclaiming that she "loves her spirit." Despite such Oprah-talk being vague and kind of meaningless, Denters continues to look straight into the Flip and immediately delivers the kind words right back to Oprah. Welcome to Hollywood, kid.

Evolution of Dance guy Judson Laipply is, by profession, a motviational speaker. Of course, he always ends his presentations with the famous dance now, but only after preaching the gospel of how stuff changes (vague much?), which Oprah -- clearly impressed by Laipply's shared interest in pop psychology -- considers "very good."

Backstage, Oprah wanders through Harpo Productions -- yes, Flip cam still in hand -- stumbling upon the Tony Hawk of bulldogs, Tyson! Not only are we treated to first-person babytalk from Oprah, but we also learn that it's the beloved pup's sixth birthday! In dog years, that makes him 42, which means that he encountered the midlife crisis years and got to ride a skateboard for Oprah Winfrey! On TV! Who needs a red convertible and some hot poodle when you're "Internet Famous"?
