Despite our frenzied, unabashed celebration of web distraction and silliness 'round here, we also consider ourselves to be educators (video; NSFW language). We will learn you internet or die trying. So if you weren't able to memorize your web celebs with traveling whiteboard photos, here's another teaching aid from our stylish professor satchel -- a sweet timeline of internet memes from dipity, embedded above for your perusal. It's not exhaustive by any means (no 2008 entries yet!), but it makes up for it with style and interactivity, especially the zoom buttons and pop-up info boxes. And the collaborative site allows for new fans and even new editors -- get to work, class!
