It has somehow been an entire year since Tay Zonday drenched an unsuspecting net populace in 'Chocolate Rain' (and no, this has nothing to do with internet time). After twenty million YouTube views, strange celebrity covers, stranger interviews, and a notorious endorsement deal, Tay is still going strong and celebrating the music video's anniversary by releasing a benefit album of 16 'Chocolate Rain' techno remixes.
